Duties & Responsibilities:

To manage and oversee implementation of HR Policies/Procedures and processes aimed at achieving regional operation/business plans.

Manage the provision of effective training within the region
Manage the organizational employee engagement process

Good People Skills,
Ability to Lead and Manage Employees
Participating in employee discipline and possible legal appeals for terminated staff
Organisational Skills,
Sensitivity in Handling Confidential Issues,
Good verbal and Written Communication Skills,
Experience with Benefits, Employee Resources, and Employment Laws and Regulations, and Excellent Leadership skills to provide guidance and assistance to employees within the department as well as throughout the company.
Excellent computer skills – word, PowerPoint, excel, report writing
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent reporting skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to interpret and apply employment laws and policies
Good knowledge of all HR processes.

Qualifications

Grade 12
NQF level 6, relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
